Working Out with Bands & Bells (when gyms are closed)

In 109 degree Arizona heat, I run through warming up with bands and programming out a minimal equipment workout.  Just like our in-office functional movement patient rehab, it is protocol driven, NOT equipment driven (don’t need lots of expensive stuff!!!)
