Day two of IMPACT event, on my way now…

Recap from yesterday- plans for today. 

Introduction to the Move Now University program on day one- starting at ground zero. Then  Dr. Chad Woolner, the click funnel guru, went over marketing & click funnels. Day 2 was jam packed with Day 1 and day 2 processes then I went over proper form for kettlebells, kettlebell safety & kettlebell deadlifts.
