Early on in practice, I never really had my patients follow careplans.  Further into practice, the careplans were a bit more structured, but I was still missing a major ingredient.  This missing piece is why so many recent graduates and students seem to think that careplans are a thing of the past, or that patients don’t really like this style of care.  Check it out- this may change your mind.
