On this episode, I share an interesting event.  We had this jerk of an attorney call the clinic looking to speak with me, I was busy seeing patients.  He spoke with our office manager (and she is a Chiropractor as well), and the conversation was appalling on his end. I called him back, called him out on his behavior, and he was demanding that we accept a more than 50% cut on this bill, the story is a bit unbelievable, but I know that these details will help you in your practice. So, with that said, listen to this one, it is definitely entertaining!
